<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal which prevents looseness of a screw member and achieves space saving. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 includes: a housing 11; a screw member 15 attached to the housing 11; and a screw cap 21 covering a head part 17 of the screw member 15. A shaft part 16 of the screw member 15 is inserted into the housing 11 and the head part 17 of the screw member 15 is housed in a recessed part 32 of the housing 11. The screw cap 21 has a flat surface circular arc part 34 and a corner part 35 located adjacent to the circular arc part 34.
