<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage board capable of keeping structural soundness against an internal pressure variation of a heat storage agent while securing desired heat storage characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The heat storage board is an integrally blow-molded product in which the heat storage agent of flowable paraffin is filled in a hermetic hollow part. A side circumferential surface is formed by bonding peripheral edges of a first plate material formed of a thermoplastic resin and a second plate material formed of the thermoplastic to each other. A hermetic hollow part is formed therein, and a plurality of recessed parts are formed on the outer surface so as to be projected in a tapered manner at the surface side. Each of the recessed parts has an abutted flat part at its fore end, and an annular rib extending between both the plates is formed by butt-welding of the butted flat parts of the recessed parts to each other. In the relationship among the thickness of the plate materials, the height of the annular ribs, the angle of inclination of the side circumferential surface of the recessed part, and the maximum width of the butted flat part, a ratio of the depth (y) of the recessed part to the distance (x) between the butted flat parts of the adjacent recessed parts is within a range of a predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
