Provided are a radio resource optimization method, device and system. The method includes: performing depth message detection on the received network data, and identifying the protocol type of the network data; when it is determined that the network data is a first class of data flow according to the protocol type, identifying a heartbeat from the first class of data flow and obtaining heartbeat information about the heartbeat, the heartbeat information including the interval period and bandwidth demand of the heartbeat; when the interval period of the heartbeat is greater than a radio resource pre-allocation time slice, determining a radio resource bandwidth allocation parameter according to the bandwidth demand of the heartbeat; sending a radio resource allocation parameter including the radio resource bandwidth allocation parameter. Hence, the embodiments of the present invention realize dynamically configuring the radio resource bandwidth allocation parameter in the case of an application running in the background, thus improving the utilization rate of the bandwidth and time of the air interface of a wireless base station, and avoiding waste of radio resources. |
