As the slab lattice of the battery is soaking in solution, it increased the contact area with the solution and to improved the efficacity of the reaction. And restrainedly generate Non-activated material on the skeleton frame at the same time, therefor accomplished the efficacy of strengthening electric power storage, electrification and electrical discharge.
