<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal power generation type portable device capable of suppressing power consumption and performing a temperature compensation method of a crystal oscillation circuit for counting with little electric noise and further a crystal oscillation circuit for clocking. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal power generation type portable device includes a crystal oscillation circuit 108 with a crystal oscillator 109; a thermal power generation element 102 that generates electric power on the basis of a heat source and a temperature difference; and a control section that generates a control voltage from a power generation voltage output from the thermal power generation element, voltage-controls a load capacity value of the crystal oscillation circuit 108 on the basis of a control voltage value and that controls temperature characteristics of an oscillatory frequency of the crystal oscillation circuit 108. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
