<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition that has excellent storage stability after long-term storage, fine workability, developability, flexibility of a cured film, electrical insulation reliability, fire retardancy, and reflectance; and suppresses warpage of a substrate after curing. <P>SOLUTION: A production kit for a photosensitive resin composition contains at least two agents, an agent A and an agent B. The agent A contains (A1) a compound including a carboxyl group and not including a photosensitive group, and the agent B contains (B) a compound including a reactive group that reacts with a carboxyl group, and (C) an oxime ester-based photopolymerization initiator.
