COOLER FOR VEHICLE CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler for a vehicle control device which can efficiently cool a semiconductor cooling device using traveling wind by increasing the amount of cooling wind passing the cooler.

SOLUTION: The semiconductor cooler for the vehicle control device includes: a plurality of power semiconductor devices 14 configuring a power conversion circuit; a heat receiving block 15 where the power semiconductor devices 14 are provided; a plurality of heat pipes 16 connected to the heat receiving block 15; and a plurality of heat dissipation fins 17 vertically fixed to the plurality of heat pipes 16 so as to cool the plurality of semiconductor devices on the heat receiving block by cooling the plurality of heat dissipation fins using the traveling wind in vehicle traveling. Moreover, the semiconductor cooler includes a cooler cover 8 with an air-regulating plate which is configured to have cylindrical surfaces other than surfaces of an inlet and an outlet for the cooling wind by being blocked by an air-regulating plate.
