<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle information processor for making it possible to communicate with an external apparatus considering a communication state of an on-vehicle network. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle information processor in an on-vehicle system having a plurality of networks communicating through a gateway is connected to one or a plurality of networks. The vehicle information processor is characterized by: determining the propriety of communication with an external apparatus on the basis of communication load information of each network and information on communication between the external apparatus and a communication destination network, when the external apparatus has been connected to a node connected to the network; and fixing a communication method when it is determined that the communication is possible. Especially it is preferable that the propriety of the communication with the external apparatus is determined by comparing a calculated amount of communication load to be increased in the case of communicating with the external apparatus for each network with a communication load margin in the network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
