PURPOSE: A carbon exhaust generation device and method are provided to generate and sell carbon exhaust of a user by calculating the amount of carbon emission corresponding to a lift of the user. CONSTITUTION: An information collection unit collects information related to carbon use of a user(S310). A carbon emission calculation unit calculates the amount of carbon emission of the user based on the information(S320). A carbon exhaust generation unit determines whether or not the amount of carbon emission is larger than a carbon emission approval value of the user(S330). Carbon exhaust of the user is generated based on the amount of carbon emission and the carbon emission approval value(S340). A carbon exhaust selling unit sells the carbon exhaust to a company corresponding to user setting(S350).
