The present invention relates to a video signal coding/decoding method. Provided is a video signal coding method, including: determining space-adjacent motion information about a parallel motion processing range (PR); determining time-adjacent motion information about a current block, wherein the current block is located in the parallel motion processing range (PR); determining an alternative motion information set of the current block according to the space-adjacent motion information about the parallel motion processing range (PR) and the time-adjacent motion information about the current block; selecting motion information about the current block from the alternative motion information set and instructing to send the motion information about the current block to a decoding end so as to facilitate the decoding end determining the motion information about the current block; and performing motion compensation coding on the current block according to the motion information about the current block.
