A sheet can be folded to form the base 3 of a bag, and its adjacent edges 1, 2 sealed to form sides. One of the faces 20 can be longer than the other 10 to form a heading 8. The headings of multiple bags can be welded 5 together to form a block. Individual bags can detach from the block along perforations 6 due to a force on lip 9 of one of the faces of the bag below the perforations 6. The block can be enclosed in a flexible plastic dispenser whose edges 11-14 are sealed. The dispenser can have a central die cut aperture 16 through which individual bags can pass, and peripheral die cut circles 15 to vent the rest of the bag. The dispenser can be secured 18 to the header block. Ideally the bags have no handles. |
