PURPOSE: A foreign substances discharging device is provided to discharge foreign substances which flow through the inlet of a housing and are settled in a sedimentation space part through an outlet. CONSTITUTION: A foreign substances discharging device(10) comprises a housing(100), an inclined plate, and a screen. The housing comprises an inlet(110), an outlet(120), a sedimentation space part, and a foreign substances discharging outlet(140). The sedimentation space part is formed to be lower than a water pipe and settles foreign substances(20). The inclined plate is low installed in the lower part than the bottom end of the water pipe and prevents a vortex. A plurality of screens is installed on the inclined plate and collects the foreign substances while reducing the rate of flow of water.
