The device has two strips (2, 3) fastened to a base strip (1). High-frequency generators (4, 5) are arranged at ends of the respective strips at a distance from each other. Outputs of the generators are connected with a mixer (6) by helical spacers, where the mixer is attached to the base strip. A registering device registers difference between frequencies produced by the generators. The generators are stabilized by quartz resonators. A changing device changes distance between the generators.
