摘要 FIELD: medicinal industry, vaccines. SUBSTANCE: method involves the separation of polymeric and oligomeric fractions of tetanus anatoxin from antigen-inactive impurities by exclusive diaphragm filtration. Mixture of polymeric and oligomeric fraction purified by ultrafiltration method on hollow fibers based on poly-meta-phenylenetereisophthalamide at terminal group content - (6.2-14.8) x 10g/mole/g modified with dextrans at molecular mass 50-500 kDa and epoxy resin ("УАВ"-0.2 100M) is proposed for tetanus prophylaxis. Additionally, polymeric fraction can be purified by ultrafiltration through the diaphragm based on polyacrylonitrile (exclusive limit is 300 kDa) if after one-step diaphragm filtration specific activity does not exceed 1000 U binding/1 mg protein nitrogen. EFFECT: improved method of anatoxin preparing.
