PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing dried Pollack is provided to automatically and continuously tear dried Pollack, thereby effectively producing Pollack product. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing comprises a pulling drum(10) which rotates by two rotary shafts(11,21); and a processing drum(20) which is separately mounted to insert the dried Pollack. The processing drum has a plurality of processing protrusions. The pulling drum and processing drum rotate in reverse direction from each other. The rotation rate of the processing drum is faster than the rotation rate of the pulling drum. The dried Pollack inserted between the pulling drum and processing drum are partially torn by the processing protrusion.
