PURPOSE: A light transforming member, a display device having the same, and a method for fabricating the same are provided to protect light conversion particles from external moisture and oxygen by sealing the opening of a tube with encapsulant. CONSTITUTION: A light transforming member includes wavelength conversion particles(430), a tube(410), and encapsulant(420). The wavelength conversion particles change the wavelength of the incident light. The tube accommodates the light conversion particles. The encapsulant is arranged in the end of the tube and seals the opening of the tube. The tube and the encapsulant include inorganic materials.
