PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing a powder ingredient including a platy powder, a spherical powder, and a urethane powder is provided to cover skin spots, to express natural skin, and to ensure convenience and portability. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 10-50 wt% of a platy powder, 30-70 wt% of a spherical powder, and 20-40 wt% of a urethane powder. The platy powder is selected from the group consisting of talc, mica, and synthetic fluorphlogopite. The spherical powder is selected from the group consisting of the urethane powder, silica, polymethylmethacrylate, and calcium aluminium borosilicate.
