Described is a film (slide) based on a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate to which a photo-chromatic pigment is adhered, this latter pigment changing colour (darkening or lightening) for avoiding UV light, infrared beams and for reducing the solar thermal charge by means of the chemical reaction of the photosensitive molecules included into the pigment. Said reaction may be caused by light, thermal charge or electrical charges received by the slide. The purpose of the invention is to provide a type of slide different from those currently available on the market, since besides reducing the thermal charges and harmful beams generated by solar light, it may be dyed, as desired by the client, for providing a better vision, privacy and comfort. The use of a mixture of materials, which main characteristic is that it has the advantages of films currently available on the market and the photo-chromatic pigment, provides a unique product, which is new in the market.
