MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DROPWORT LIQUID AND POWDER

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of dropwort liquid and powder is provided to further increase contents of polyphenol and flavonoid in dropwort. CONSTITUTION: Dropwort is washed. The washed dropwort is added to water and extracted using hot water or a solvent. The extracted dropwort liquid is filtered. The filtered liquid is decomposed using an enzyme. The enzyme-decomposed liquid is deactivated to remove activity of the enzyme in the liquid. The deactivated liquid is refined. Water 5 to 20 times the weight of the dropwort is added to the refined liquid, heated at a water temperature of 50 to 100°C for 30 minutes to 5 hours, and then extracted. The resultant is enzyme-decomposed at 40 to 60°C for 2 to 5 hours using 0.2 to 5 wt% based on solid powder of the enzyme, and the pH in the enzyme-decomposition process is maintained in a range of 4.0 to 7.0. .
