METHOD OF VERIFY VARIABILITY OF MODEL AND APPARATUS FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: A variability verification method of a model and a device therefor are provided to connect various existing UML(Unified Modeling Language) modeling tools and a feature modeling tool and to easily corresponding to a situation in which each modeling tool is changed or developed. CONSTITUTION: A corresponding relation generation unit(130) generates a corresponding relation which is composed of a UML model factor and a feature by using a UML model. The UML model expresses software which is reusable for a feature model and software development, which expresses a feature of the software included in a software product line, by using a UML model factor unit. A determination unit(150) determines variability of the UML model factor corresponding to variability of the feature which is defined with the corresponding relation based on a variability rule. A verification unit(140) outputs a verification result by verifying variability of the feature model and the UML model based on the variability of the UML model factor.
