A solar heat-air electric power plant includes a transparent cover of a plot of surface of Earth, draft tube with turbo-generator unit. The cover has inner and outer sections that form in between a slot for hot air flow. The inner section of the cover and the draft tube are made of heat-conductive material and with darkened surface, at that the inner section of coating forms an additional slot with the surface of Earth.
