BATTERY TERMINAL STRUCTURE FOR AVOIDING ELECTROLYTE LEAKAGE

PURPOSE: A battery terminal structure is provided to prevent leakage of internal electrolyte even when cracks are generated in a bushing due to a clamp, by filling gaps between a battery terminal and the bushing. CONSTITUTION: A battery terminal structure comprises a battery terminal(100) with a taper-shaped upper part; a bushing(200) which is connected to the battery cover(400) and surrounds the battery terminal. The taper shape of the battery terminal is protruded from a part which the lower part is surrounded by the bushing, toward the external part of the bushing. Welding the battery terminal by applying heat to the battery terminal, a welding part for filling empty spaces between the battery terminal and the bushing is formed.
