METHOD FOR PREPARING PATIENTS TO RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY FOLLOWING OBSTRUCTIVE RESECTION OF COLON

A method for preparing the patients to the reconstructive surgery following obstructive resection of colon comprises dilatation of the distal division of colon by administering the fluid in the volume exceeding that of the stump. The fluid with antibacterial properties is used with this aim. The fluid is administered until the diameters of the distal and proximal stumps will be equal.
