APPARATUS FOR TREATING WATER, METHOD FOR TREATING WATER AND A SHIP HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for treating water are provided to consecutively measure a concentration of a sterilizing water in multiple measuring units of an absorbance. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating water comprises a sterilizing water supply unit(200); a neutralizing agent supply unit(300), and a sterilizing water concentration measurement unit(400). The sterilizing water supply unit is installed in an intake water path(110) connected to a ballast tank(100). The neutralizing agent supply unit supplies a neutralizing agent to a ballast water containing a sterilizing water passing through a draining water path(130) draining the ballast water of the ballast tank. A measurement unit of a sterilizing water concentration is connected to the intake water path and the draining water path. The sterilizing water concentration measurement unit measures a concentration of a sterilizing water contained in a seawater or a ballast water by seriatim injecting the seawater or the ballast water to a measuring unit of an absorbance at a distance of time.
