The trampoline has a jump platform (11), a frame (12), and an elastic rounded top (13) for connecting the jump platform to the frame. The jump platform, the frame, and the elastic rounded top are formed, in total integration, by a single plate (1) of elastic material. The plate is preformed in U-shape with rounded top, where the width of the plate is equal to an overall width (C) common to the platform, the frame, and the round top, and the overall length equal to the sum of the length (B1) of the platform, the length (B2) of the frame, and the length (B3) of the rounded top. The plate is preformed from a material selected from one of metal, wood, plywood, plastic, thermoplastic or thermohardening composite materials. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a mini fitness trampoline.
