<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal diffusion sheet having good thermal conductivity in a thickness direction, small reduction of adhesive strength, and high reliability and low cost obtained by sealing edge surfaces of a graphite sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A thermal diffusion sheet (21) is laminated with a graphite sheet (11) and thermally conductive adhesive layers (12, 14). The thermally conductive adhesive layers (14) are directly adhered on both main surfaces of the graphite sheet (11). Hardness of the thermally conductive adhesive layers (14) on both surfaces of the graphite sheet is 60 or less in the measurement of ASTM D2240 type C, and a tack force reduction rate is 20% or less even after the thermally conductive adhesive layers are exposed at 40°C for 168 hours or more. Edge surfaces of the graphite sheet are sealed. Thereby, the thermal diffusion sheet having good thermal conductivity in a thickness direction, small reduction of adhesive strength, and high reliability and low cost can be provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
