摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make any of operation points of a plurality of connected solar cell strings follow up a maximum electric power point by a power conditioner for photovoltaic power generation. <P>SOLUTION: Boosting chopper circuits 30A-30C to which solar cell strings 21A-21C are connected respectively have their voltage conversion rates controlled by maximum power point follow-up control circuits 34A-34C respectively, and operation points of the solar cell strings 21A-21C follow up respective maximum power points. The maximum power point follow-up control circuits 34A-34C measure output voltages and output currents of the solar cell strings 21A-21C needed to find operation points of the solar cell strings 21A-21C when any of the maximum power point follow-up control circuits does not perform operation point follow-up processing. Consequently, an error due to operation point follow-up processing of other maximum power point follow-up control circuits not in measurement is not included in measured values.
