The joint (1) has a pin (3), a bearing ball (4) and a ceramic bearing fixed in a housing (5) that is made from metallic material. The ball is held in the bearing in a rotatable and non-detachable manner. The pin is connected with the bearing ball, and projects from the housing, where the bearing comprises two ceramic elements (7, 8) that are designed as ball zones. The bearing ball and the pin are designed as a single-piece component and made from metallic or ceramic material. Elastic elements (6) i.e. rings, are formed between the housing and parts of a bearing shell.
