Composition comprises olefinically functionalized siloxane oligomers (I), which exhibit (a) not > 1 olefinic group at silicon atom, (b) at least one fatty acid (III), (c) silyloxy (Si-O)-crosslinked structural elements, which form chain-like-, cyclic-, crosslinked- or optionally spatially crosslinked structures, and are derived from alkoxysilanes, and (d) chloride. Composition comprises olefinically functionalized siloxane oligomers of formula ((R1O)[(R1O) 1 - x(R2) xSi(A)O] a[Si(Y1) 2O] c[Si(B1)(R4) y(OR3) 1 - yO] bR3) (I), which exhibit (a) not > 1 olefinic group at silicon atom, (b) at least one fatty acid of formula (R5-COOH) (III), (c) silyloxy (Si-O)-crosslinked structural elements, which form chain-like-, cyclic-, crosslinked- or optionally spatially crosslinked structures, and are derived from alkoxysilanes, and (d) chloride, A : olefinic group; B1 : saturated hydrocarbyl, where the ratio of A to B is 1:0-1:8; Y1 : OR3 or O 1 / 2(in crosslinked or optionally spatially crosslinked structures) or OR3; R1, R3 : 1-4C alkyl (optionally branched and/or cyclic) or optionally H or -CO-R5; R2, R4 : 1-15C alkyl (optionally branched or cyclic); R5 : 3-45C hydrocarbyl (optionally substituted); either a : >= 1; and b, c : >= 0; or a+b+c : >= 2; and x, y : 0 or 1. An independent claim is also included for preparing the above composition, comprising reacting an olefinically functionalized alkoxysilane of formula (A-Si(R2) x(OR12) 3 - x) (VI), optionally alkoxysilane (B1-Si(R4) y(OR13) 3 - y) (VII), and/or optionally tetra-alkoxysilane of the formula (Si(OR13) 4) (VIII), with defined amount of water in presence of catalyst (a) comprising hydrochloric acid and chlorosilane, and (b) comprising fatty acid (III) and olefinically functionalized carboxysilane of formula (A-Si(R2) x(OR14) 3 - x) (IX), and optionally in the presence a solvent, preferably alcohol, to obtain oligomer. R12, R13 : 1-4C alkyl (optionally branched and/or cyclic); and R14 : -CO-R5. |
