PURPOSE: A book holder having a clip member is provided to simply attach the holder to a board in order to hold various articles, to re-attach the detached holder to a proper position in order to change a holding position, and to clip papers, thereby smoothly implementing learning or works. CONSTITUTION: A book holder having a clip member is attached to a board, a desk, a table, a writing board, and a drawing board of an inclined reading desk or studying desk, and holds books or learning instruments. The holder comprises supporting member(10), multiple vacuum absorption units(20), and a clip member(30). The supporting member has a certain thickness, and is placed at the front side of the board(100). The vacuum absorption unit is detachably attached to the board with vacuum force, and is coupled to the rear side of the supporting member. One side of the vacuum absorption unit penetrates the supporting member, and protrudes from the front side of the supporting member. The clip member is shaped into an elastic or flexible rod, and penetrates the vacuum absorption units protruding from the front side of the supporting member. The book holder having the clip member holds books or learning instruments on the supporting member, and clips papers fit between the supporting member and the clip member.
