PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a fuel cell power generation system at a wide range of a cooling water amount by restraining air bubble inflow and eliminating air bubbles in a latent heat cooling operation.
SOLUTION: A fuel cell stack is formed by alternately laminating a fuel cell separator 2 having: a cooling water supply part 15 supplying cooling water; a first cooling water passage 22 that is split into plural blocks 31-34, in each block of which plural first grooves 21 are formed almost in parallel to each other, and in which the cooling water is circulated upward to the first grooves 21; second cooling water passages 23, 24 coupled to both ends of the first grooves 21; a third cooling water passage 25 coupling the second cooling water passages 23, 24 with the cooling water supply part 15 or a cooling water discharge part 16; and the cooling water discharge part 16 discharging the cooling water, and a unit cell. A fuel cell stack operation method has: a cooling water supply step of supplying the cooling water to the fuel cell separator 2 at a constant flow rate; and an air bubble discharging step of supplying the cooling water to the fuel cell separator 2 while increasing/decreasing the flow rate of the cooling water at a predetermined time interval, and discharging the air bubbles in cooling water passages parts.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
