PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel sensor, which has good detection accuracy and high reliability with a small area of a non-active area.

SOLUTION: A touch panel sensor 30 comprises: a transparent substrate film 32; a first transparent conductor 40 provided on a surface 32a of one side of the substrate film; a second transparent conductor 45 provided on a surface 32b of the other side of the substrate film; and leading conductors 43 and 48 provided on a part of at least one of the transparent conductors. The leading conductors are formed of material having conductivity higher than conductivity of material forming at least one of the transparent conductors. The part of at least one of the transparent conductors is formed linearly, and the leading conductors are extended linearly on the part.
