<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomizer capable of jetting a large amount of mist efficiently to a jetting area of an air nozzle by optimizing the arrangement structure of the air nozzle and a liquid nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: The atomizer includes the air nozzle 4 jetting a gas and the liquid nozzle 8 arranged in the downstream area of a jetting opening 40 of the air nozzle 4 and is structured in such a way that the liquid in the liquid nozzle 8 is sucked by a negative pressure generated by the air flow blown from the air nozzle 4, the liquid is made misty and jetted to the jetting area of the air flow. An inclined angle θ1 of an upstream side outer wall surface 46 prescribed by an extending direction of an upstream side outer wall surface 46 defining the tip of the liquid nozzle 8 and the center axis d2 of the liquid nozzle 8 is set to be equal to or above an angle θ2 prescribed by the extending direction d1 of the upstream side outer wall surface 46 and the center axis d3 of the air nozzle 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
