NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTIC SOLUTION FOR SECONDARY BATTERIES, AND SECONDARY BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution for secondary batteries which has an excellent rate characteristic, and a secondary battery which has the nonaqueous electrolytic solution for secondary batteries.

SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolytic solution for secondary batteries comprises: an electrolyte and a liquid composition. The electrolyte is a lithium salt. The liquid composition includes: a certain fluorine-containing ether solvent; a certain non-fluorine ether compound; and a certain chain carbonate compound. The ratio NO/NLiof the total mole number (NO) of ethereal oxygen atoms originating from the non-fluorine ether compound to the total mole number (NLi) of lithium atoms originating from the lithium salt is 1-6. The volume of the chain carbonate compound to the total mass of the nonaqueous electrolytic solution is 2-30 mass%. The secondary battery has the nonaqueous electrolytic solution for secondary batteries.
