PURPOSE: A coil inserting jig for an inner type motor core is provided to prevent the motor core from being shaken and falling during work, by supporting front and rear of the motor core through a pair of guides comprised on a pair of roller bearings. CONSTITUTION: A pair of support brackets(120, 130) are mounted on either right and left end of a top surface of a plate(110). A pair of roller bearings(140, 150) are accommodated and supported by the support bracket to be able to rotate. The pair of roller bearings comprise a rotation shaft(141) and a roller(142). Guides(160, 170, 180, 190) are arranged on the top of the roller bearing accommodated in the support bracket. The guide is connected to one of a number of connection holes(132) formed on the side wall of the support bracket. Each facing side(171) of the guide is embedded with a guide pin(101) whose rotation is controlled. |
