摘要 <p>An objective of the present invention is to allow easily positioning a subject with respect to a projection range of a radiation fan beam. A main body part (12) of an x-ray bone mineral quantity measuring device (10) comprises an x-ray emission apparatus which projects a fan beam (22) upward. An x-ray detector which detects the fan beam (22) which passes through the subject is installed within an inspection part (14) which is supported by cantilevering with a support arm part (16) which extends upward from the main body part (12). Guide lines (18) are drawn on the main face side face (17) of the support arm part (16) wherein left and right contours of the fan beam (22) are projected in parallel upon the face (17). With the device (10) inserted in a Bucky table and the subject lying thereupon, as seen from the main face side in the direction of the face (17), an operator verifies whether the site of the subject to be measured is precisely contained within the pair of guide lines (18), and if not, adjusts the location of the device (10) in the left-right direction, as well as the height thereof.</p>
