<p>The present invention provides a beauty implement such that a pair of support shafts, which support rotating parts, can easily be affixed to a handle. A beauty implement provided with a handle (12) and a pair of rotating parts (27) for imparting a beautifying effect to a body, wherein a pair of support shafts (20) is provided to the tip section of the handle (12) along intersecting axes, and the rotating parts (27) are each rotatably supported on the tip side of one of the support shafts. The handle (12) is provided with a holder (22) for holding the pair of rotating parts. The holder (22) has pushing parts (22a) that push on the base end of each support shaft, and are formed on both ends of the holder (22).
