<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for making a laminated workpiece, being suitable for efficiently evaporating press oil without adding a production process. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus for making a laminated workpiece comprises: a press working unit 6E for punching a metal material W1; and retaining means 20 for retaining a plate-like workpiece W, punched by the press working unit 6E, in the order of punching in a cylindrical space disposed on an extension line in the punching direction. The apparatus also comprises knockout means 25 for knocking out the retained plate-like workpiece W in the punching direction from the cylindrical space when the quantity of the retained plate-like workpieces reaches to a predetermined quantity preset in the retaining means 20 and for laminating the plate-like workpiece W on a laminating jig 10 arranged at a laminating position disposed on the extension line in the punching direction. The apparatus also comprises a gas spraying passage 75 for supplying drying gas to an axial space 77 arranged in the punching direction at, at least, one of the plate-like workpiece and the inner wall surface of the cylindrical space by arranging a portion to be welded of each plate-like workpiece W at the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical space between each plate-like workpiece W retained by the retaining means 20, and the cylindrical space forming the retaining means 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
