<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key management device capable of preventing a user from forgetting to return a card borrowed from a key box. <P>SOLUTION: The invention includes: a key box 8 which is placed at a predetermined position in a building, and in which cards 8a and 8b for unlocking a locking device 10A of a door 10 of a previously determined habitable room are arranged; card readers 11a and 11b for reading identification codes stored in the cards 8a and 8b; and a lock management device configured to output an unlocking command signal and a locking command signal to the locking device 10A of the door. The configuration includes: key box unlocking detection means 4, 3 and 2 for outputting an unlocking signal when a door 8A of the key box 8 is unlocked; card selection means 6, 5, 3 and 2, in response to output of the unlocking signal, for registering that the cards 8a and 8b in the key box 8 are used; and notification sections 11a1, 11b1 and 12 for giving predetermined notification when the card readers 11a and 11b detect use of the cards 8a and 8b at time of leaving. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
