Producing a fiber composite component (10), comprises applying a UV-ray reflecting mordant (24) on a semifinished fiber article (20), drying and cutting the semifinished fiber article provided with the UV-ray reflecting mordant to obtain a prefabricated semifinished fiber article (30), depositing a transparent plastic film (18) on the prefabricated semifinished fiber article, heating the prefabricated semifinished fiber article provided with the plastic film, and manufacturing the fiber composite component from the prefabricated semifinished fiber article provided with the plastic film. Producing a fiber composite component (10), comprises applying a UV-ray reflecting mordant (24) on a semifinished fiber article (20), drying the semifinished fiber article provided with the UV-ray reflecting mordant, cutting the dried the semifinished fiber article provided with the UV-ray reflecting mordant to obtain a prefabricated semifinished fiber article (30), depositing a transparent plastic film (18) on the prefabricated semifinished fiber article, heating the prefabricated semifinished fiber article provided with the plastic film, and manufacturing the fiber composite component from the prefabricated semifinished fiber article provided with the transparent plastic film. An independent claim is also included for the fiber composite component comprising natural fibers and plastic fibers, where the natural fibers and the synthetic fibers are at least partially provided with the UV-rays reflecting mordant, and the fiber composite component at least on a side forming a surface of the fiber composite component is coated with the transparent plastic film. |
