<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a provisional shaft for a linear motion guide device which can set fall-off prevention mechanisms of a slider at favorable workability even if the slider is long in total length. <P>SOLUTION: The fall-off prevention mechanisms for preventing the fall-off of the slider assembled to a provisional shaft from both ends of the slider are arranged at both ends of the provisional shaft in the axial direction, at least one of the fall-off prevention mechanisms comprises a moving member and a raceway at which the moving member moves, the moving member moves on the raceway, and a first position protruded outward from the outside face of the provisional shaft with respect to a direction in which a part of the moving member intersects with the axial direction at a right angle, and a second position located inside the outside face with respect to a direction in which all the moving members cross the axial direction at right angles can be switched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
