<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory module that suppresses reflection of a signal of a memory device, and a memory system that includes a plurality of memory modules, and reduces jitters. <P>SOLUTION: A memory module 1 includes an external input terminal 3 for receiving input of an address/command signal from outside, and a plurality of memory devices 4a-4h receiving the address/command signal from the external input terminal 3. The memory module 1 includes a signal line 6 formed repeatedly branching off into two from the external input terminal 3 to the plurality of memory devices 4a-4h.
