<p>An ultrasonic vibration probe for transmitting ultrasonic vibrations in which a first region in which the crystal grain size is relatively small and a second region in which the crystal grain size is relatively large are each formed in at least one place. A method for manufacturing an ultrasonic vibration probe wherein a first region in which the crystal grain size is relatively small and a second region in which the crystal grain size is relatively large are each formed in at least one place, and one part of the ultrasonic vibration probe is heated to or above the crystal grain coarsening temperature of the material forming said ultrasonic vibration probe, to form the second region.</p> |
