<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain simplification and miniaturization of the constitution of a cartridge and a stapler body by positioning a refill body. <P>SOLUTION: A refill for a staple has the refill body 12 mounted on the cartridge 61 detachably attached to the stapler body having a staple guide part sending coupled staples 10 while guiding both the side ends and at least one of upper and lower planar parts of the coupled staples 10 or the stapler body and accommodating the coupled staples 10 inside of the same, a staple discharge opening formed in the refill body 12 and discharging the coupled staples 10 accommodated inside of the refill body 12, and a part 29 to be pressed protrudingly formed in the refill body 12 and pressed by a pressing part 102 pressing the refill body 12 to a staple guide part side when mounting the refill 12 on the stapler body or mounting the cartridge 61 on which the refill 12 is mounted on the stapler body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
