<p>The present invention relates to a device for capturing single cells and fixing and maintaining the position of the captured single cells. More specifically, the invention modifies a thin film of a vibration portion by injecting compressed air into an air channel, thereby inducing the flow of fluid for inducing the movement of cells from the position in which the flow of fluid is strong to the position in which the flow of fluid is weak. In addition, since the vibration portion has a symmetric structure, the flow of fluid induced by the vibration portion is offset by mutual interference, thereby enabling single cells to be captured in a region in which the flow of fluid is minimized, and the position of cells can be fixed and maintained while minimizing the external stimulus to the cells by maintaining the position of the cells.</p> |
