PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately evaluate the remaining battery level by measuring battery voltage of a wireless device separately in its standby state, receiving-only state, or receiving and transmitting state.
SOLUTION: When a power amplifier is actuated ("YES" at Step S1) and an interruption delimiting the unit time of a transmission frame is detected ("YES" at Step S2), a wireless device instructs a voltage measuring part to measure battery voltage (Step S3), and compares the measured value with a threshold value TH2 that corresponds to a receiving and transmitting state (Step S4). When the power amplifier is not actuated ("NO" at Step S1) and the wireless device is in a standby state ("YES" at Step S7), the wireless device instructs the measuring and compares the measured value with a threshold value TH0 that corresponds to a standby state (Step S8, S9). Also, when the wireless device is not in a standby state ("NO" at Step S7), the wireless device instructs the measuring and compares the measured value with a threshold value TH1 that corresponds to a receiving-only state (Step S10, S11). The wireless device comprehensively evaluates the remaining battery level on the basis of the above results (Step S12).
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
