PURPOSE: A lamp apparatus for vehicle is provided to minimize a mounting space of a motor module by applying a compact motor module. CONSTITUTION: A lamp module(100) irradiates the light to the front. A fixture(200) is arranged in the back of the lamp module and is combined with the lamp module. The fixture comprises a first circulation gear(210) in a back unit. A motor module(300) is connected to the fixture and controls the circulation of the lamp module. The motor module comprises a first motor unit(320) which circulates the fixture to left and right, and a second motor unit(350) which circulates the first motor unit to up and down.
