The output terminal is directly or indirectly connected to a to-be-cleaned lumen instrument. A monitoring unit (30) monitors fluid parameter i.e. fluid pressure, of the liquid medium in the inner space, where the cleaning device allows direct or indirect interaction of the liquid medium to an external monitoring sensor.
