PURPOSE: A strut of a suspension device for a vehicle and an assembly method thereof are provided to prevent noise from being generated due to an interval between a bump stopper and an insulator and to enable a user to easily and reliably assemble the bump stopper and the insulator. CONSTITUTION: A strut(10) of a suspension device for a vehicle comprises a bump stopper and an insulator(150). The bump stopper comprises a groove unit in a circumference of one end connected to the insulator and is inserted into a stopper connection unit(153) of the insulator. The insulator comprises the stopper connection unit. The stopper connection unit includes a shape in which a plurality of slit divided pieces is arranged along the circumference of the bump stopper. One of a plurality of the divided pieces is pressurized in the bump stopper and comes into contact with the bump stopper. |
