<p>PURPOSE: An LED lighting system is provided to improve the convenience of working to control the luminous efficiency of LED, the sensing, and the detection time. CONSTITUTION: A first sensing unit(102) senses at least one movement among a human or an animal, and outputs a first sensing signal. An amplifier(104) amplifies the first sensing signal which is supplied through the first sensing unit. A second sensing unit(106) senses the sensing quantity of illumination of the external brightness and outputs a second sensing signal. A control unit(108) is provided to detect at least one sensing signal among the first sensing signal and the second sensing signal. A LED driver(110) receives at least one sensing signal from the control unit and drives a LED light emitting unit(112).
